Established in 2016 to support the work of AFL Cape York Ltd, particularly AFL Cape York House for boys and girls. The foundations primary purpose is to support students and families participating in AFL Cape York coordinated programs in the areas of Residential Care, Education, Well Being Support, AFL Pathways, Careers, Transition, and Outreach Programs.
